Characteristics: vanilla notes in the nose contrasting with the richness of citrus and ripe fruit with a note of exotic fruit and apricots. A smooth but not cloying body on the palate, well-sustained by the alcohol content and a good level of acidity. Serving suggestions: serve at a temperature of 12-15°C. Perfect with sweet pastries and with mature cheeses.
Moscato bianco di Canelli
Selection of Moscato grapes from south-facing vineyards planted in 1932, on the Franco Mondo Estate in the Borough of San Marzano Oliveto, the typical zone for the production of Moscato.

This precious nectar is obtained by over-ripening the fruit on the vine and then allowing it to further ripen on racks
This is followed by pressing and fermentation in small barrels (barriques) over a period of several months during which the sugars are gradually transformed into alcohol. This process stops naturally, leaving an unfermented sugary residue.
