Hachette 2011 : “powerful nose combining vanilla, ripe fruit and a foxy note. At first a round and seductive wine, then come the woody notes with cocoa influence” Gilbert & Gaillard 2011:88/100 "beautiful rich garnet-red colour. Complex nose with olive tapenade and sweet spices. Rich mouth, well balanced between body and freshness. We are seduced by its length and aromatic typicity. A complete and refined Corbières." The result of both expertise and the artisanal approach of Borde Rouge, Ange has been lauded and recognised by wine professionals since its first millésime. It received the Brussels Worldwide Competition “Grande Medaille d’Or”, which classifies it amongst the 18 “grands vins” of the world. This is a wine which will mature nicely over the next 8-10 years revealing different aspects of its character over time. Serving Suggestions Ange is the ideal accompaniment to refined dining experiences and is particularly well suited to game dishes or with rich chocolate desserts
