Tasting Notes (Recomendado):The eye: Limpid and bright. Sustained scarlet colour. The nose: Fruity. Elegant and spicy. On the palate: Plentiful in mouth, fruity with spicy notes. Very pleasant wine. Hint of violet, soft tannins.

Vinificación (elaboración del vino)

Método:Vinification in a modern cellar equipped of electronic temperature regulation system. The harvest is sort on table of before entering the cellar.

Duración:The wine is then obtained in aging in stainless steel tanks during 12 months.
