Vinificación (elaboración del vino)

Método:Classic, long maceration during 2 to 4 weeks. Temperature controlled. Vinification by grape variety separated in exterior 150 hect vats. The wine matures for 10% in oak barrels during 10 to 12 months and 90% in stainless vats
