Tasting Notes (Recomendado):Perfectly limpid, the colour is a greedy pink. The bouquet is intense, fresh and fruity with fruitdrop and mentholated aspect. The taste is bracing, greedy, and persistent. The general aspect is very pleasant. Fine for aperitifs, it also marries well with oily fish, pepper and tomato salad. Delicious with ref fruit desserts.
