ALCABÓN SYRAH TEMPRANILLO VARIEDAD: SYRAH Y TEMPRANILLO ELABORACIÓN: Uva seleccionada Despalillado con estrujado suave. Fermentado por separado en depósitos de acero inox, con control de temperatura. Maceración corta. Final de fermentación alcohólica y maloláctica a 20º C. Cuatromeses en roble Frances. Estabilización por frío y filtrado ligero para no dañar la estructura inicial de vino VISTA: Limpio, brillante, capa alta, tonos rojos violáceos NARIZ: Muy aromático destacan las notas florales y los frutos rojos. BOCA: Calido y complejo Con acidez y taninos golosos. ALCABÓN SYRAH TEMPRANILLO VARIETIES: SYRAH TEMPRANILLO PRODUCTION: Handpicked grapes, completely separated from the stalks/stems and smoothly crushed to break the skin and free the juice. Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Short maceration. The alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is at 20 degrees Celsius and is stabilized by the cold, filtered light so as not to damage the initial structure of the wine. Four months in French oak. COLOUR: Clean and brilliant with high intensity. Red and violet tones. AROMA: Very aromatic with floral notes and red fruits. FLAVOR/TASTE: Spicy and complex with acidic and sweet tannins.
