3 He in the village of Badin, in the heart of the classical area of Valpolicella. The soil is sandy-clayey, resistant to drought.
In this valley, formed by the rivers that flow from Lessini mountains, warm breezes blow from the Garda Lake and encounter the fresh air of the mountains. This creates a wonderful microclimates ideal for grapes colture.
The grapes are harvested and then semidried for 5 months in special mats. The grapes are then gently pressed at end January with maceration starting at 22░C ending at 28░C. The wine is aged for at least 2 years in large oak barrels and then rests for 4 months in bottle.
