Tasting Notes (recommended):Colour: Upon release this wine was almost water-white in the glass. The colour will slowly deepen with age. Bouquet: Young Sauvignon Blanc at its vibrant best: A gorgeous herbal lift backed by passion fruit and nectarine. Palate: A lovely balance between refreshing acidity, intense fruit and great richness.

Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:Our Sauvignon Blanc is based on a number of carefully selected parcels of fruit sourced from vineyards in the North Island and Marlborough. The parcels are all separately vinified and then post ferment all components are assessed by the winemaking team to ensure that they exhibit the kind of characters that has made New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc so famous. Once the final assemblage is decided upon, the wine is blended, stabilised and bottled.
