Bright golden yellow in colour with steely clean glints, fresh tropical aromas: pineapple, grapefruit,... It has tones of white flowers and freshly cut grass. It is balanced and fresh on the palate with an interesting structure thanks it is few years on the lees. These complex aromas are enjoyed again at the back of the nose. .

The region, the Valley of the River Giguela (a Guadiana tributary), is an area particularly suited to wine production, with very cold winters and very hot summers with little rain, meaning that, some years, the vines have green shoots as early as April and are not touched by rain until the grape collection in September.
