Tasting Notes (recommended):Deep colour with some lovely purple-blue tints. Fruity nose with some red fruits aromas ( redcurrant and blackcurrant). The tannic structure is very soft and round, that provides you an easy drinking wine. To be consumed within 5 to 6 years after the harvest, and to be drunk at 16-18°C with red meats, game terrine and cheeses.
