Note di degustazione (Suggerito):The nose is mainly of red berries, but also of forest floor, almost animal, a little bit wild. Ample and lasting in the mouth, almost chewy and with a really nice finish, this wine has a lot of density and presence.This wine is ideal with game and red meat.

Vinificazione

Metodo:Traditional, the grape varieties are vinified separately for at least 15 days. Matured in vats until bottling, around a year later.

Temperatura:Best served between 16°C and 17°C max.

Durata:This wine is ready to drink and will keep for up to 2 months after opening.
