Vinificazione

Metodo:Specific vinification for each grape variety to preserve the characteristic features of the aromas, control of the temperature around 26 – 28°C, with daily pumping-over. Classical fermentation: 10 to 15 days in vats. Matured in vats during 8 months.

Temperatura:Best served between 16 and 17°C.

Durata:This wine is ready to drink and can be kept for 3 years.
