Note di degustazione (Suggerito):This AOC Fronton is a ripe wine. It offers a nice dark red hue, almost black. The bouquet is composed of blackberry, vanilla and spices. The palate is round with a flavour of violet and black fruits. The tannins are silky. Good balance with a nice finish. This wine will suit grilled or red meat, Toulouse sausages and cheese.

Vinificazione

Metodo:Specific vinification the temperature controlled around 28-30°C. Separated vinification for each grape variety to preserve the characteristic features of their aromas. The must is pumped-over a few times a day. Between one and two weeks of maceration. Matured 8 months in vat.

Temperatura:Best served between 16°C and 17°C.
