Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Perfectly limpid, the colour is a greedy pink. The bouquet is intense, fresh and fruity with a fruit drop and mentholated aspect. The taste is bracing, greedy, ropy and persistent. The general aspect is very pleasant. Perfect with fish, pepper and tomato salad. Delicious with red berry desserts

% di uve / cépage (vitigno):60 % Négrette 20 % Gamay 10 % Syrah 10 % Fer Servadou

Vinificazione

Metodo:Grapes are put in a vat which is bled a few hours later. The juice is stored at 4°C until the final collation. The vinification is for 15 days at 15° C. The wine is matured on thin lees for 1 month.

Temperatura:Best served chilled at 8 - 10°C.

Durata:This wine is fresh and fruity and is best enjoyed while it's young.
