Suelo:We select the best grapes in our own vineyards located in the commune of Treiso. The soil is homogeneous, with a prevalence of calcareous areas.

Clima de cultivo / condiciones de añada :The 2002 was a ‘normal’ vintage with rainfalls above the average. The weather conditions changed into stable med September so Nebbiolo vineyards reached good results, with quantity inferior to the previous years.

Método:After an initial selection, grapes passed through a crusher and de-stemmer machine. Then begins the fermetation and the maceration: in this period the must is left to soak with the skin at controlled temperature. After that wine is aged at least 2 years in traditional Slavonian oak barrel and then for 6 months in bottle
