The climatic conditions of the area permit to make a wine with a great structure. Summers are mainly sunny and the rainfall are not so frequent at harvest time

manual harvesting
After an initial selection, grapes passed through a crusher and de-stemmer machine. Then begins the fermetation and the maceration: in this period the must is left to soak with the skin at controlled temperature. After that wine is aged at least 3 years in traditional Slavonian oak barrel and then for 12 months in bottle.
