Barolo “Case Nere” is a ‘cru’ made from carefully selected grapes produced in low quantity on a single estate vineyard situated in La Morra. Colour: intense red with light orange reflections. Bouquet: pleasantly ethereal, ample aromas. Palate: full, round, elegant. Persistent taste and long finish. The red wines are characterised by good alcoholic content , right acidity, poliphenolic richness and intense and persistent bouquet. It goes well with any kind of national and international cuisine, but it expresses its very best with roasts, braised meats and cheese. Served at 20°C
100% Nebbiolo
We select the best grapes in our own vineyards located in the commune of La Morra. The soil is homogeneous, with a prevalence of calcareous areas, sub alcaline pH and sandy traits.
The climatic conditions of the area permit to make a wine with a great structure. Summers are mainly sunny and the rainfall are not so frequent at harvest time
