Generalidades

Tasting Notes (Recomendado):A special Beaujolais production - the signature of the wine maker. A very nice wine that is not like the other Beaujolais. It is made from 70 years old vineyards and then put on oak barrels for 9 months. APPEARANCE: fine deep cherry red colour. NOSE: graceful conjuring up ripe cherries with brandy and chocolate. PALATE: a good start on the palate, full and balanced, long lasting aromas with woody scent. We recommend to enjoy this wine between 15-16°C with poultry, lamb, Entrecôte or cheese.
