Good volume in the mouth, full of good flavors and accentuated acidity; delicate and long final. “Created with fermented Viognier in barrel and Sauvignon Blanc fermented in inox, this wine has Duriense regional designation. The color is, this time, a lot more citric, as entrainment, the flavor also keeps the most delicate and lighter fruit, now a little more marked by the new greens of Sauvignon and a lighter toast. Being these castes international, we cannot see a shock with the whites from Douro. It is a curiosity and is as such that it should be tasted. It works perfectly in the mouth because the barrel is very well inserted in the fruit and the acidity gives a great life to the wine. Consistent quality, which is here awarded. 16,5 João Paulo Martins “Vinhos de Portugal 2011”
