The traditional vinification imparts good colour and red fruits aromas. Ideal accompaniment to grilled meat, roasts and cheese. Best served between 17°C and 18°C.
2/3 Cabernet Sauvignon 1/3 Merlot
Limestone and gravelly clay. Vine age: 20 years old.
Traditional vinification with frequent pumping over. Temperature control and 2 to 3 weeks maceration period.
Bottling 10 months after harvest, maturing in stainless steel tanks.
