Type of Wine: Matured in medium toasted double American and French Allier barrels of different makes. Different maturation periods were employed, according to the age of the barrel. Vintage: 2005 & 2006 Vinification: 100% Malbec. Tasting Notes: Deep garnet cherry in colour. A clean nose and subtle fruit. A deeply intense wine with hints of oak and a delicious meaty finish. Alc/Vol: 13,5% Serving Temperature: Serve at 17ºC Serving Suggestion: Pigeon in “grapa “ sauce, oxtail and snails, fish.
