COLOUR: Intense cherry pink colour with reflections of blue. A fine stream of bubbles is forming a medium and constant crown. AROMAS: Fruity aromas, notes of cassis and red fruits (cherry, strawberry), mature notes (candy, jam), pastries, lactic notes and toasted aromas (hazelnut, almond). IN THE MOUTH: In the mouth, it appears ripped fruity notes (cherry, strawberry), soft tannins of the wine maceration, vegetal ending aftertaste end, menthol, balsamic and creamy. Mineral character (humid earth), with long and persistent aftertaste.
