AROMAS: Complex aromas marked by ageing on the lees (memories of brioche, walnut, hazelnut pastry cream), fresh dried fruit (peach) and ageing in wood (vanilla, toasted, flower and straw). IN THE MOUTH: The entry and passage through the mouth is fleshy and creamy, fine carbonic wine, aftertaste of nuts (almonds), toasted, mineral (gypsum) and moderate acidity.
