CHAMPAGNE GERMAR BRETON BRUT OWNER-GROVER Situated on the Cote des Bar, discover CHAMPAGNE GERMAR BRETON, made by Laurent Breton and harvested in Colombé La Fosse. Our champagne are made up of a blend two of the three varieties of grape normally found in champagne : Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. These grapes are planted in four villages in Barsuraubois, where nature can offer a particularly bountiful ground and sun. It is after 3 years of rest crossed in cellar that we shall make you savour our virious vintages. From the planting of different varieties to the behaviour of the vines, from the pressing to the bottle of champagne, from traditional methods to new technologies, our choice of culture and of wine production are there to allow us to reveal our varieties and their elegance to you. Coming from a generous combination of 1/3 Pinot Noir and 2/3 Chardonnay, this vintage lends a strong nose with scents of fruit and a long and fresh mouthfeel. It is the champagne for every moment.
