Vinification (Wine-making)

Method:The grapes come from youg wines ; they are fully de-stemmed and vinified in the traditionnal way, while benefiting from modern techniques to regulate temperatures. Vatting is of average duration (10 days), so as to make supple, gulpable wines for immediate drinking

Length:The wines are aged in concrete vast or stainless steel tanks for as long as 16 to 18 months and may be enjoyed as soon as they have been bottled.
