A well-balanced showcase Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine was matured in new French oak barrels and has a dark rich colour with billowing blackberry fruit, dark chocolate and tobacco and cloves flavours, with a soft minty finish. Will gain in complexity with 3 - 5 years bottle maturation. A serious wine to accompany fine cuisine. Enjoy with aged steak, stews, smoked meat and venison. Harvesting done by hand. Yield 8 tons per hectare.
Style: Premium quality. Full-bodied, barrel-matured red wine. Vinification: Produced from best fruit available each vintage - hand-selected from a single vineyard. Fermented in 100% new French oak barrels for 14 months.
