Tasting Notes (recommended):Tasting Notes Ca' Secco is a fun, light and refreshing soft sparkling wine with fruit and flowers notes and a hint of minerality that make them incredibly easy to drink, especially when very cold. This zesty, nearly dry white wine, comes from an unusual mix of grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Muscat fermented a second time in pressurized, temperature-controlled tanks, where it becomes sparkling before bottling. Aroma: Elegant, fresh, lively with complex scents of flowers and fruit. Jasmine, citrus, white flowers, apple, peach, pineapple, honey and melon. Well balanced acidity, and a fine stream of bubbles with just the right sweetness. Taste: This refreshing and gently sparkling white wine has hints of tropical flavors with delicate notes of pear, apples, and lemon zest. Tastes of stone fruit from the apricot family.
