Notes de dégustation (recommandé):COLOUR :Ruby Red with violet shades . NOSE: Slightly herbaceous with raspberry nuances ans a distinctive aroma of red fruits when young ; it greatly improves with ageing , becoming more delicate with distinctive prefime of violets. TASTE: Full bodied ,rotund ,harmonious with a dry aftertaste . BEST MATCHES : An excellent match for poultry and red meat courses ,as well as for not too strong tasted cheeses.

Méthode:Red vinification , with maceration lasting 10-12 days at a temperature close to 30% to favour dissolution of the colouring substances contained in the grape skins . A short maceration process allows to produce a wine that is wonderfully drinkable from early on
