The grapes used in this wine comes from selected reserva lots from Name Vineyards in the Maule Valley, which extends from the Loncomilla river to the Coastal Mountains. The fruit was gently crushed and sent to stainless steel tanks for fermentation beetwen 24º-26ºC. During this period one soft pump-overs per day were carried out to keep the cap moist and to increase skin contact.
