With blueberries and raspberries evident on the nose, this wine is rich and complex in the mouth with berry fruit flavours and velvety tannins. The wine has an excellent persistence and balance. It's color is ruby red with a purple middle.
Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca
Schistous argilous.
Hot and dry with high termical gap.
From the 3rd week of September until the 3rd week of October.
Manual, to 800 Kg bins.
The grapes are crushed and destemmed; inoculation with selected yeasts; alcoholic fermentation for a minimum of 8 days.

Malolactic fermentation develops under controlled temperature.
