Tasting Notes (Recomendado):Nice violet red color with blakish hues. Complex in the nose with moka notes and espices and red berries, in the mouth is soft and elegant with a long and lasting finish.

Clima de cultivo / condiciones de añada :The grapes used in this wine comes from selected lots from Caliboro and Melozal Vineyards in the Maule Valley, which extends from the Loncomilla river to the Coastal Mountains. This localization results in hot days and cool nights during the ripening season.

Vinificación (elaboración del vino)

Método:The fruit was gently crushed and sent to stainless steel tanks for fermentation beetwen 24º-26ºC. During this period one soft pump-overs per day were carried out to keep the cap moist and to increase skin contact. The wine was allowed to settle and decant naturally and lightly filtered before bottling in September 2011.
