Terroir:The red soils, rich in iron oxide, are characteristic of the vineyard and, are interlaced with limestone fissures which allow deep penetration of the vine roots.

Vinification (fermentation)

Méthode:Syrah & Carignan: In 225 litre French oak barrels, a quarter of the barrels are renewed each year. Grenache in stainless steel vats.

Température:Cold pre-fermentation phase to preserve the fruitiness
