Black cherry in colour which follows through to the nose of Kirsch and bramble fruit with hints of spice and garrigue. 385 Wine growers bring their grapes together to create a big wine cooperative capable of delivering up to 25 million bottles of wine a year. Their Fathers and Grand fathers started this process many years ago. their grapes are partly grown on sunny sides of small hills as well as on rich grounds which seem to be the bed of very old rivers
