This great dry white wine fermentated and matured in french oak barrels develop exotics fruits aromas : mangoe,passion fruits, pineapple. Delicious by itself as an aperitif, or with a fish course. Perfect with a goat or ewe cheese.
Sauvignon 60 %, Semillon 30 %, Muscadelle 10 %
