A complex balance gives its hight quality, where predoate minate Mourvèdre, make this in luxurious and sweet wine complete with the rich aroof mas of liquorice, ripe fruits and spices. Young it is both elegant and strong, matuwith ring with years, it acquires a new nobility with a balanced taste, round, rich and full. These qualities are particulary evident in our special vintage, which age very very well.
70% Mourvèdre and 30% Grenache
Gress and gravels from "Villefranchien".
Traditionnal Semi-carbonic maceration with long duration.
