Vinificazione

Metodo:The grapes are fully de-stemmed and wine waking follows traditional methods with careful temperature regulation. Vatting lasts around 2 weeks, in order to produce wines that may be enjoyed young, but which may also be laid down for several years.

Durata:The wines are aged in oak barrels from our Pomerol estate for 6 to 8 months. The wine is racked every two months to clarify it naturally
