Tasting Notes (recommended):Château Les Gravilles is a very elegant and full-bodied wine, with a similar level of Pauillac. Serving temperature : 17 / 18 °C. Decanting 1 or 2 hours before serving. The wine is not treated, sediments are natural. Meat : beef, duck and game. Cheeses : Sheddar, Comté, brebis, camembert.
