Note di degustazione (Suggerito):Intense robe, exuberant nose of black fruit. The mouth is full, round, fruity, with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, coffee.. A character attack into the mouth, some flesh, the continuation is dense and powerful A nice syrah-grenache balance. A lot of pleasure. / Robe intense, nez exubérant de fruits noirs. La bouche est ronde, ample, fruitée, aux notes de cassis, de mûres, de café torréfié. En bouche une attaque de caractère, charnue, la suite est dense et puissante. Bel équilibre syrah-grenache. Beaucoup de plaisir.

Terreno:Mont Alaric : Clay and limestone, warming up quickly, on shallow sandstone, not much fertile. / Montagne d'Alaric Argilo-calcaire, se réchauffant rapidement, de profondeur faible à moyenne, peu fertile.

Vinificazione

Metodo:Destemming then traditional vinification for Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. Carbonic maceration for Carignans. / Egrappage puis vinification traditionnelle sur syrah, grenache et mourvèdre. Macération carbonique pour carignan.

Durata:Maceration during 12 to 15 days.18 months in tank, then bottled. / Macération 12 à 15 jours.18 mois en cuve, puis mis en bouteilles.
