Dark-hued, unoaked and concentrated, this wine has a nice mineral character, along with intense cocoa and dark plum skin flavors. It’s juicy, full-bodied and rich without being over the top, balancing dark-chocolate-covered blackberries and blueberries with more complex savory notes such as spice and grilled meat. While it’s a big hulking wine at first, the finish shows great elegance and finesse, ending with silky tannins. Service: Prime-cut beef with shallots, green pepper steak, pork with tomatoes and peppers (pipérade), stuffed mushrooms and ripe cheeses.
60% Syrah , 40% Grenache Noir, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Filled with clay and schist.
An ideal geographic situation, in the heart of sunny Provence, with extremely favorable meteorologist conditions.

Mechanical harvest.
Mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification methods in vats with careful temperature control allowing us to protect the natural fruit flavors, typical of the variety and enhance the color. Cold maceration deliberately limited to 12 days results in delicate and non-aggressive tannins. Matured in tanks for eight months and 6 months in oak for the Syrah.
