Tasting Notes (Recomendado):Fresh rose colour, limpid and sparkling. Powerful and very aromatic nose of fresh red fruit: strawberry, blackcurrent, raspberry. Exceptional power in the mouth, nice harmony and still notes of raspberry, blackcurrent and passion fruit of very long persistance. To be served for the aperitif with roasted almonds, tapas, fine sausages and cold cuts, or rose fish (grilled or smoked, prawns, red mullet) and on strawberry or raspberry based desserts.
