Production Area: Central Tuscany Grapes: Sangiovese 80%, Cabernet 10%, Merlot 10% Type of soil: calcareous marl-rich Aging: 8 months in oak barrels of medium capacity Italian, 3 months in bottle Serving temperature: 18 ░ C Alcohol content: 13% Vol features: Colour: ruby red. Bouquet: complex, fine. Taste: slightly tannic, soft and full, harmonious. Serving suggestions: Red and white meats, cheeses.
