Complex and balanced in mouth, this Clairette de Die lets discover an astonishing fineness of bubbles and aromas. Rated 18/20 by Gault & Millau : Smooth and expressive on the nose with ripe fruits, this sparkling wine smells natural with some flowered and honeyed notes. In mouth, fresh fruits notes like sour apple, litchi and apricot that make an enjoying and refreshing taste. It’s wonderful like a spring morning.
