Tasting Notes (Recomendado):The wine presents a nice pale colour, with green hints and nice small bubbles with a good persistance. This very pleasant wine, which expresses the richness and the delicateness of the Chardonnay grape, is presented in an elegant serigraphy bottle.

Suelo:This wine is produced from a selection of Chardonnay grown on the Montigny les Arsures and Le Vernois locations.

Tipo de cosecha:After a manual harvest the grapes are pressed with their stems. This wine is produced from the selection of the juices produced from the first light pressure of the grapes (heart of cuvée).

Método:After the second fermentation in bottles, this wine is aged during more than 30 months. There are two more months after disgorgement before commercialization.
