Tasting Notes (Recomendado):Alba and the Langhe are its origin land, a hilly area located on the right of Tanaro river, where the climate and the quality of the soil are the ideal environment to grow this vine. Colour: ruby red with violet highlights. Bouquet: fragrant , rich aromas of cherries. Fresh and elegant in the mouth. Well balanced, fruity. It is a perfect match for both rich and poor food. Ideal with starters, pasta and rice dishes, vegetables and white meat. Serving temperature: 18 – 20°C.
