Accross the board, this wine is comfortable and comforting! Service: prime-cut beef with shallots, green pepper steak, pork with tomatoes and peppers (pipérade), stuffed mushrooms and ripe cheeses.

Méthode:Mechanical harvest. Traditional vinification methods in vats with careful temperature control allowing us to protect the natural fruit flavors, typical of the variety and enhance the color. Cold maceration deliberately limited to 12 days results in delicate and non-aggressive tannins. Matured in tanks for eight months.
