Vinificazione

Metodo:Style: Full-bodied. Vinification: Minimal intervention in the natural process, allowing both cultivar and the soil to express the individual characteristics of their origin.

Durata:Fermented on skins for 7 days. Wood againg on French staves for 12 months.
