Note di degustazione (Suggerito):A sweet sparkling rosé, blended from noble cultivars and grape juice. A fragrant, flame-coloured wine with gentle floral perfume. Flavours of luscious tropical fruits, peaches and raisins are followed by a lingering, silky finish. A wine for everyday enjoyment. The perfect sundowner in summer. Terreno:Well drained, alluvial sandy soil.

Contesto climatico / di vendemmia :13 year old vines on 4-wire Perold trellising system. Drip irrigation controlled by a computer system through meters and tensiometers.

Tipo di vendemmia:Harvesting is done by hand. Night harvested at optimum ripeness. Yield 20 tons per hectare.

Metodo:Style: A sweet sparkling rosé, blended from noble cultivars and grape juice. Vinification: Blended. Carbonated. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing both the cultivar and the soil to express the terroir of their origins. R/S: 78.0 g/l.
