Growing Climate / Vintage Conditions:10 to 20 year old vines on 4-wire Perold trellising system. Drip irrigation controlled by a computer system through meters and tensiometers.

Type of Harvest:Harvesting is done by hand. Night harvested at optimum ripeness. Harvested at 26 degrees Balling. Yield 20 tons per hectare.
