Our Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense red garnet color and aromas that remember black fruits jam, cassis, blackberries, blackcurrants combined with vanilla and coffee given by the French oak. On the palate is a well balanced and harmonic wine, good structure with a long chocolate finish. It is recommended to drink it at 18ºC when you will smell the vanilla, chocolate and coffee aromas. On the palate is well rounded and lasting.
Our grapes are organically certified. The production is made without using chemical fertilizers and pesticides, with the objective of making a natural soil and keep the balance with nature, which stimulates the healthy growth of the vines. That is how we full our main objective, which is to obtain healthy grapes with high quality.
It is located in Tupungato 1200 meters above sea level. Its unfertile soils, sunny days and cool nights (thermal range15ºC), help to develop in the red varieties the intense red color and the tannins, which are responsible for the structure of the wines.
The fermentation was made in stainless steel tanks with maximum temperatures of 28ºC with 20 days maceration. The malolactic fermentation was completed in tanks. The 100% of the wine was growth for 12 months in new French oak barrels.
