Tasting Notes (recommended):A high prestige wine obtained from an over a hundred years old vineyard on a European pre-vine pest. A tasteful structured cru full of ripe fruit scents. Its darker yellow colour comes from the long permanence in wood both during the fermentation and in the following refinement. Produced in limited quantity it’s the lively expression of the treasures that time is able to give. Color: dark straw yellow Flavour: ripe fruit, light vanilla and fruits of forest scent. Taste: very good structure, proper acidity and great persistence in the end
